Woman four times over limit: police

Barrie police pulled over a female driver Tuesday night who registered four times over the legal limit for blood/alcohol levels.
Police report officers were on patrol in the downtown core when they observed a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic. Attempts to pull the driver over had no noticeable effect, police report. When the vehicle was finally stopped, a woman, 43, was arrested for impaired driving.
A series of breath tests at the police station resulted in readings over four times the legal limit, police report. She was held until sober and faces a January court date.
