Second time not a charm for Angus man

The second time wasn’t a charm for an Angus man arrested twice in a space of a week for shoplifting.
Barrie police were called to a south-end business in regards to a man, 21, who reportedly left the store with a quantity of DVDs, without first paying for them. He was arrested without incident. However, it was soon discovered that he had been arrested the previous week for a similar offence.
He was taken to the police station, charged with theft and breach of probation and held for a bail hearing.
