Matches denied fuels disturbance

A group of rowdy youth causing a ruckus outside a Ferndale Drive convenience store calmed down when the law arrived, with the exception of one who decided to put on a display, say police.
Officers responded to a call on Friday about youth acting badly after being denied matches by a store employee. They showed their displeasure by tossing garbage cans around outside the store.
One of the youth continued to rant, rave and swear at police and the employee, police report. His behaviour earned him an arrest for causing a disturbance. He was found to be on bail for previous incidents and was taken to the police station where he was held pending a bail hearing.
