Good Samaritan rescues seizure sufferer

A man walking along the boardwalk by the city marina suffered a seizure, fell into the water and was rescued by another man who was walking nearby.
Police report that the first man, 30, disappeared beneath the surface of the water after he fell in, as the seizure continued. The second man, 22, jumped in and managed to hold the other’s head above water until help arrived.
The man who suffered the seizure was transported to Royal Victoria Hospital by ambulance and was reported to be in the midst of a complete recovery.
