Closing hours for trio

A driving desire for beer landed a trio behind bars probably not to their liking.
On Sunday night, around 8, the three, a 35-year-old female, a 21-year-old male, and a 16-year-old male went to the Anne Street Beer store, police say, after they had run out of beer at their residence. Determined to gain entrance, they pitched a rock through the glass windows.
Once inside, the female and the youth selected numerous boxes of beer while the third male remained “on watch.”
Bad luck for them, but off-duty police officers just happened to be in the area, saw the whole thing, arrested and held the three parties until on-duty officers arrived.
The trio were charged with Break and Enter as well as Possession of Stolen Property. The youth was also on Probation for a prior conviction, and subsequently was also charged with breaching the order.
