Workers digging a trench found the bones. The discovery mirrors the unearthing of bones at the site earlier in the year. That incident caused the immediate area to be cordoned off as an investigation ensued, and was mentioned as one of the reasons the current reconstruction phase has been delayed.
With the latest discovery the area has been secured pending an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau and the Coroner’s office.
