Barrie Police Service would like to thank Sgt. Ryan Russell for his service to the citizens of Toronto and for the ultimate sacrifice which he paid in that service.
Our thoughts and prayers go to his family, friends and co-workers. We walk in the footsteps of giants. God speed Sgt. Russell. Rest in peace.
