Voting now open for Ward 3 by-election

Voting for the Ward 3 by-election opened Thursday, and eligible Ward 3 voters are invited to vote online or by phone until Feb. 24 at 8 p.m.
All Ward 3 residences should have received a voter information letter in the mail. Each letter contains an individual voter pin number and instructions for voting. Ward 3 residents who have not received the letter in the mail, should call 705-728-8683 (VOTE) or email Be.Counted@barrie.ca<mailto:Be.Counted@barrie.ca>.
Who Can Vote? You can vote in the City of Barrie Ward 3 by-election if you are:
• A resident of the ward or a non-resident owner or tenant of land in Ward 3 in the City of Barrie, or their spouse; and
 • A Canadian citizen; and
• At least 18 years of age; and
• Not prohibited from voting by any law

Voters who require assistance with online or telephone voting can call 705-728-VOTE (8683), email Be.Counted@barrie.ca<mailto:Be.Counted@barrie.ca>  or attend one of the following Voter Assistance Centres:

• East Bayfield Community Centre, 80 Livingstone Street East.
