Are you registered to vote?

Barrie residents looking forward to casting a ballot in the Oct. 25 municipal election might want to take a quick moment to find out if they are on the voters’ list.
Residents can also check to see if they are on the list the old-fashioned way: by visiting City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. But seeing as how you are reading this online, simply click here and you’ll find out what you need without leaving the comfort of your home.
Eligible voters can add their name to the list, or change the current information by completing an application to change the voters’ list. If changes are made, the form is to be mailed to the city clerk’s office, or delivered in person, in which case you’ll need suitable identification.
Changes can be made up to and including voting day. For more information, click here or call 728-VOTE.
