Serenading in the New Year

Four vocalists have accepted an invitation to perform during the Mayor’s New Year’s Day Brunch & Levee, event organizer Robin Munro announces.
Opera singer and vocal teacher Carol Elson-Brown will perform, along with Jack Davidson, who is the best jazz singer in the county, opines Munro, Carey Worrod of Memphis Mudd fame, and Rachel Madden, a 14 year old with a huge talent as a singer-songwriter.
“So, in addition to the fabulous food, drink and good company, everyone will be able to enjoy a rich variety of music entertainment.”
Tickets for the New Year’s Day brunch are $25.00, while the levee – serving coffee and tea – is freely open to the public.
